Contacts TIN Validation

Once an entity is initialized to EBM, contacts with a Rwandese TIN number can be verified by EBM.

When creating a new contact or editing an existing contact, the field Tax ID can be set to automatically request a TIN validation to EBM and gather some information about that entity.

If the TIN number is verified by EBM, some fields of the contact will be automatically set and a confirmation message will be shown on the contact.

If the TIN number is not verified by EBM, the user will be presented with a warning.

Important

Please note that Odoo will only enquire EBM for a TIN number verification if the contact country is set as Rwanda!
