Reporting a Picking

Once an entity is initialized with Smart Invoice and any stock movements of tangible (not consumable) products are registered on Odoo, these will automatically be reported to EBM.

Incoming shipments and delivery orders will be reported once the picking is validated / set as done.

The confirmation of the stock move and stock master report to EBM can be seen as a confirmation message on the chatter or by the report ID field that can be found on the tab Additional Info.

Note

Internal deliveries are not reported to EBM. Only inventory movements that increase or decrease inventory levels of the company will be reported.

Reporting Individual Stock Movement

Individual stock moves are also reported to EBM if they increase or decrease the overall inventory level of that product. As an example a scrap order generates a stock move without being linked to a picking.

These will show the EBM report record as confirmation of the successful communication with EBM.
